the whole series seems fake to me now, now that i saw you put in food coloring. now that took away all the mystique i had about wanting to learn all the different steps to making all those varieties of cheese. its simple, just food coloring. bahhhhhhhhh! i want my money back!

It's not 'food coloring', it is made from something called bixin, from the bright red outer covering of the seeds of a tropical plant originally from South America. Orange cheeses are not naturally made that color, it is color added in the process. Cheddar cheese, without the coloring, is actually white.
