no prob, i had the same problem too, im right foot forward and started throwing manny bars with my left hand and then when i tried to do hop bars it was mad hard so i learned manny bars throwing them with my right hand and i leanred hop bars soo much easier, cuz i was pretty much doing them opposite, and when you do it that way its so much harder cuz ur bike loses control in the air and tilts, sucks.. id try both ways tho just incase or whatever comes easiest

@GREENNBLACKNINJA the easiest way and most common way to do it is throw the bars with the same side as which ever foot you ride forward with so if you ride left foot forward you should throw with your left hand even if your right handed it doesn't matter, cuz if you throw with your right hand and ride left foot forward it will throw your balance off more and is alot harder to learn 180 bars and truck drivers! even though Hoang does em and like 5% of bmxers do them opposite way, u can do w/e tho

@nix1877 your probably not leveling out before you throw the bars, but make sure when you level out you dont bend your knees.... otherwise you'd hit your knees. if your bars are like 28.5 wide i'd def. cut them down at least an inch on each side

Video gives some nice tips. I thought it was impossible with my 28'' bars, but I learned to position my waist back with left knee bent, right leg kinda straight, and shoulders a bit forward. Throw with one hand and catch with the other and commit to it. So far I've gotten flat barspins, yet to add a bunnyhop, but I'm still practicing. Best of Luck
