This was a department store in Tokyo, Japan. I must admit I am not sure where to buy them elsewhere but I suspect most large department stores should carry them. Sorry not much help lol. Good luck!

I can answer that for you... There is some pain... It's not like shaving.... but the more you do it, the less pain it is... I would recommand you wax before epilating... Cause the wax removes your hair by pulling it out, just like the epilator, but it does it very quickly... so it s less painfulll...

Just wax twice and then only use the epilator... It hurts less after that and it's def worth it when you don't have to worry about your hair for 3-4 amazing weeks!

To make it more effective/faster you should remove the pain softener rolls and replace it with the plastic adapter instead.

It hurts a bit the first times, but if you do it every two weeks there will be less hair to remove and then it's not so bad.
