its pretty straight forward, if you look at the load chart, and your load if its 75% or more of the weight at the maximum distance you need to do a lift calculation. distance angle weight etc.

sometimes you need to factor in the ground type, this time ground type wasn't the issue but rather just too heavy for what the crane was rated for at that distance.
