He means Victa, and thats a real early one, from the 1970s. The engine would be an older version of the PowerTorque engine - Australian designed and manufactured. Good mowers these ones if you mix the oil/petrol right can last decades. Some Victas from the 50s are still running...

hi i have 2 victa's from the late 50's that r both running 3 from the 60's n to from the 70's all run and will cut grass
