I was on Google Streetview last week, and it look slike this farmhouse (from what I co uld make out) has been fixed up a bit. maybe lived in? Would love to have the audio and video from this house. From what I read in the book, it's amazing. The spot in the book where they said the whole house started this pounding noise and you could hear it outside...Well creepy.

I thought I heard a man softly singing, which I put down to the men in the house, but after you pointed out they left I still heard it.

At the 38 minute mark it sounded like someone moved from behind the camera and left by slamming a back door shut.

hello mom2btj - it sounds like that but i have been in this place - the only entrance in and out of it a small space next to the front door that is 1 foot wide and 4 feet high - other than that the place is sealed up tight

at the start - everyone leaves through the front entrance - in fact the only way into the place is only an opening 1ft wide and 3ft tall - not a fast entrance. this is the only way in and out - the doorway in front of camera is the only entrance into this room. there is a window boarded up that is letting light in through a small crack - and that is it. and yes - no on can stand still for 38 min on a floor that makes it impossible to stand still.

My cat was freaked out from the high pitched sounds she must have been hearing....interesting!!

did your cat freak out for the whole video or just a certain section, i can then do a more thorough investigation of that section in the sound area.

I cannot remember how when she started to react the first time she heard it but I just replayed it and I think it might have just been the sounds at the beginning because she ran into the room this morning the minute I started to play it...must be the crackling sounds...
