I plan to drain my IRA, but I want to wait until January so I can defer the tax consequence. Even though I plan on either not filing at all, or filing a massively fraudulent return, I don't need the IRA complication. But I wonder if I'll still be able to get my cash come January. Currently, one can still opt out of any withholding and penalties, deferring them until tax time. I hope this rule doesn't change before January. I'm surprised they still allow this.

here is a bit of info for you. i have been self imployed for 8 years and never have seen osha in the residential sector of construction (remodeling). i just got missed by osha last week but a couple contractors i know did get hit by them. im not talking about a little fine im talking about one of them got a $5700 fine and another one recieved a $6300 fine. its bad enough that the economy sucks but yet those of us that still have work they come and do a mob style shake down.
