Not seen that clip before - judging by how Vicky looks and what she is wearing I'd say it's in the 80s though - perhaps 83/4 but I could be wrong .

@1972Mazza I think the clothes have 70s look,certainly pre '84 shoulder pads.I'm pretty sure this is pre 'Love Is Alive' as well,judging by the hair.Maybe late 70's.
