@FreesingDragon523 I'm with you. This song in particular is most definitely deathcore. I think what really needs to happen is people need to stop associating -core with "bad". There are plenty of awesome -core bands and plenty of awful ones, just like any other genre.

That said, a lot of Wormwood was in a weird place for me, as far as genres go. So close to deathcore but something was missing.

They don't play deathcore. They sound nothing like chelsea grin, whitechapel, or suicide silence. They play a heavy blend of hardcore and metal.
