Am I right? Because there was so many things unexplained!!!

@phantastic013 Believe me, it takes a turn but it does NOT get boring. Just watch it yourself, no 500 characer explanation will give you a clear view of what happened, at least not accurately or worthy of the show.

Definition of Betrayed: Building up and hyping a TV show based on deep storylines and mythology with layers and puzzles, only to then end that TV show with a sanctimonious "Oh I'm so sad" sappiness. Leaving several storylines abandoned and dead with zero attempt to finish them.
And I never felt that Jacob was anything other than the writers making it up as they went.
I can tell you a humongous abandoned storyline right now:
Where are the other 40+ survivors? Remember how many lived on the beach? Remember how they were never seen nor heard from again more or less after the 3rd season cliffhanger? Where were they when the heroes went back in time? Where were they in the final ep? When TWO AND ONLY TWO people , Sawyer and Kate, got flown off the island? 40+ people disappear, trapped on the island forever, and no one cares? Inexcusable.

There were never enough deaths to account for all 40+ survivors. We never saw nowhere near that many. And the island move only caught 5-6 no names tops. Most of the 40+ had nothing to do with the island move, so the writers ignored them and left them behind.
There wasnt room for ten on the boat. If Lost is available for streaming on Netflix I'll look that up, but Ill I remember is a dinky rubber raft. And there's still the other 30.

Well according to the last episode, pretty much the whole show had nothing to do with anything. It was like saying "THERE IS AN AFTERLIFE...but we don't know what the hell all this other stuff is or what the afterlife actually means, just speculation."
Don't get me wrong I loved the show, best show ever made.. except the last episode. Funniest part of the show was when we found out what Jacob was doing --> protecting some light at the center of the island... BWAHAHAHAHA! That's it!?
The fascinating possibilities and ideas presented in Lost and the journey's the fans went through while watching it were FAR superior to the shit that the writers eventually came up with for Season 6. If Lost manages to tie together at least 90% of the mysteries (both blatant and subtle) they set up, it would've been one of the best shows ever. The way they ended it was worst than any fan could think of and does nothing but pander to the religiously stupid with it's "blind faith" message.
@UrijahFaberbeast Lol are you serious? A better ending would tie up most if not all of the mysteries covered, or at the very least give us a coherent inner logic of the workings of the island. They should've never done time travel. Some fan even came up with the elaborate explanation that the island was through a worm hole on some moon. There were theories on dark matter. Even if they decide to go the demi-god route it should stil at least MAKE SENSE within their own given rules. It didn't.
Lost was an amazing show. I never missed an episode and I loved the characters enough to name my son after one :p. That being said, there were many alternate routes they could have taken. Instead they tacked an ending on that had literally NOTHING to do with the rest of the show. Six years of mysteries boil down to an old man fight in the rain, a mystical cork, and a wonderful purgatory ending from another show being glued onto the end.
I almost feel for people who've never seen it. It's like a mix of Donnie Darko, Apocalypse Now, Jacob's Ladder, Indiana Jones and Greek/Norsk Mythology. At the end of the series it really feels like you were part of the journey. The writing has ups and downs throughout the seasons but the characters and superb actors make up for those occasional bumps in the road. Yeah, it requires serious attention but it's SO worth it.
What music did you use? It was perfect for this video....LOST was the best show on T.V. I have no idea what to watch now.....they should make a movie.

lol, i stopped watching lost back around Season 2, but I watched the last 10 minutes of the last episode on Youtube because I was curious. In all honesty, it wasn't hard to fill in the blanks of what happened. In fact, it was kind of funny for my friends to hear my ideas of what could have occurred since Season 2 to bring them to where they were by the Series Finale. So yeah, I just watched this video and I'm thinking maybe I should go back and watch the whole series lol.
Regardless of whether you liked the series or the way it wrapped up I have to say this was a great piece of work by minorityFILMS. It's so good, it's cuss-worthy.

All of the stuff that happen was REAL, why is that so hard for some to understand? The flash-sideways during the sixth season that we were lead to believe was an alternate universe was really the Losties "purgatory" but they had to be awakened to become cognizant of it.

A) you can only know that if you are a freaking historian B) there must be a million other things the show didn't answer. i felt quite jipped when this ended. i loved it up til the last episode. it really was a great show. but i am totally over it after that last episode.

Well according to the last episode, pretty much the whole show had nothing to do with anything. It was like saying "THERE IS AN AFTERLIFE...but we don't know what the hell all this other stuff is or what the afterlife actually means, just speculation."
Don't get me wrong I loved the show, best show ever made.. except the last episode. Funniest part of the show was when we found out what Jacob was doing --> protecting some light at the center of the island... BWAHAHAHAHA! That's it!?

The fascinating possibilities and ideas presented in Lost and the journey's the fans went through while watching it were FAR superior to the shit that the writers eventually came up with for Season 6. If Lost manages to tie together at least 90% of the mysteries (both blatant and subtle) they set up, it would've been one of the best shows ever. The way they ended it was worst than any fan could think of and does nothing but pander to the religiously stupid with it's "blind faith" message.

@UrijahFaberbeast Lol are you serious? A better ending would tie up most if not all of the mysteries covered, or at the very least give us a coherent inner logic of the workings of the island. They should've never done time travel. Some fan even came up with the elaborate explanation that the island was through a worm hole on some moon. There were theories on dark matter. Even if they decide to go the demi-god route it should stil at least MAKE SENSE within their own given rules. It didn't.

Lost was an amazing show. I never missed an episode and I loved the characters enough to name my son after one :p. That being said, there were many alternate routes they could have taken. Instead they tacked an ending on that had literally NOTHING to do with the rest of the show. Six years of mysteries boil down to an old man fight in the rain, a mystical cork, and a wonderful purgatory ending from another show being glued onto the end.

I almost feel for people who've never seen it. It's like a mix of Donnie Darko, Apocalypse Now, Jacob's Ladder, Indiana Jones and Greek/Norsk Mythology. At the end of the series it really feels like you were part of the journey. The writing has ups and downs throughout the seasons but the characters and superb actors make up for those occasional bumps in the road. Yeah, it requires serious attention but it's SO worth it.

The mind of the Lost fan boggles at the fact that so many people still think Lost is a combo of Cast Away, Gilligian's Island and Baywatch.
Simply one of the most beautiful (and brutal) and epic stories I've ever seen.
LOST made grown macho men cry like little girls for heaven's sake... How many fictional tales accomplish that?

lol, i stopped watching lost back around Season 2, but I watched the last 10 minutes of the last episode on Youtube because I was curious. In all honesty, it wasn't hard to fill in the blanks of what happened. In fact, it was kind of funny for my friends to hear my ideas of what could have occurred since Season 2 to bring them to where they were by the Series Finale. So yeah, I just watched this video and I'm thinking maybe I should go back and watch the whole series lol.

@MidnightFucking What do you mean untrue? Are you one of the many people with the incorrect assumption that they died in the plane crash in the first episode? All of the stuff that happen was REAL, why is that so hard for some to understand? The flash-sideways during the sixth season that we were lead to believe was an alternate universe was really the Losties "purgatory" but they had to be awakened to become cognizant of it.
