  • my blocked tear ducts have lowered my quality of life, my eyes always hurt, always red, watering. its embarassing and painful. I cant have fun with makeup and i feel ugly because of my red puffy eyes atleast if i had zits i could hide them ! every morning my eyes are sealed shut with goop, throughout the day the goop collects in the corners of my eyes and i feel disgusting . I hope the procedure works it would make me the soooo happy andmore confedent . im 14 and just want to have normal eyes!

  • @KaylaNoelle1 I am having the same exact problem as you.

  • @KaylaNoelle1 im 15 and i have it does it go away ?

  • @FAFALCON86 you should tell your parents and see an eye doctor right away I didn't need surgery but i was perscribed special eye drops to help with symptoms and I feel alot better now , if you have any questions about this don't be afraid to ask :) good luck!

  • I'm 32 years old and for over a year, my right eye has been constantly watering. It's gone through about 5 infections during that time and I'm finally going to see a specialist soon. I can't wait to get it done and once I'm finally healthy again, I'm going to be so overjoyed once they clear the duct out :)

  • same here .. it's very annoying

  • I'm 33 and my right eye as well has been constanting tearing for the past couple of months. And for the last month and 1/2 i've been seeing a eye specialist. The procedure they did in office with this long metal thing and a springe with some eye wash to try and flush out my ducts to see if that would work. Which didn't so now I'm looking at surgery. I'm totally scared due to the fact that I have to be put to sleep : ( He says its going to be an hour and then i'm good.

  • @berner no way is it always the right?

  • @FAFALCON86 Heya. Yeah it's always been the right one. The "specialist" I went to was convinced it was an infection despite telling him everything with all signs pointing to it being blocked. I never heard back from the guy and it wasn't until recently that I found out my duct was partially blocked as a result of a broken nose I got (when it broke, it squished my duct so that it's partially closed), and I guess over time, eye guck collected in what little room I had left in it to seal it up
