  • @lettielicious You can't cut fat specifically from one location. Your body gains fat or loses it as a whole and it decides the proportions of where the fat goes; the only thing you can influence is your total fat. Gaining tricep muscle won't directly burn fat though overall muscle gains increase your metabolic rate therefore you burn more calories per day just by resting. I recommend you lift weights for your entire body, thus increasing muscle mass all over then cut fat through calorie deficit.
