That judge was wrong for saying that Vietnam was not a real war. It is not his fault the America messed up and went into that war for All the wrong reason. It wasn't even our war to fight in the first place. Americans being all perinoid about communism spreading. Vietnam was having a civil war. You do not intefear with civil wars. This movie is a classic. Still as good as the first time I saw it. It has some of the best scenes of not just an armed robbery but even of the Vietnam War...one of my all time favorites by far.
Dam! he gave up his partner, because if u do. they will cut off some years on your sentence. because he could of gotten 5 to 15 year or even more or life. I think it's 5 years now for robbing a bank. depends on your position in the crew.
He wasn't the villain, what u feel was the point of the movie. That's the feeling evryone should walk away with. The end of the movies sad but I love the part when he throws the chair at the judge. I would of did the same because your gonna be in prison for life or until your an old man. And the asshole judge was acting like vietnam wasn't a real war. Just because someone thinks the war aint right doesn't mean its not a real war.
