For some mysterious reason, it seems that the majority of the population of New Jersey is relocating to the Southport - Oak Island area. That must be why St. James is also referred to as "St. Jersey" by most locals.

@Miniver765 I know a lot of people in the Northeastern part of the country are fed up with cold weather and taxes so they're moving south.

River run plantation is a really nice area. i lived there a couple of weeks but i still liked it.
