@darfunkelidas There's actually a website or websites devoted to isolated vocals but if you feel inspired you could try using mid-side technique. Basically, you flip the phase of either the left or right side and collapse the stereo image to mono. Everything in the "center" will be left while the "sides" cancel each other out.
