how can you say this? The olympics is one of the very few things that can unite the world! does it matter that some of this land will be used? I used the racing circuit in Lee Valley till it was demolished for the olympics but i would rather we had no circuit and olympics than circuit and no olympics! it should be the same with this! Let me ask you one question: how often do you get out and do any sort of exercise?

What a load of crap. The Olympic Games is the biggest event in the world and your opposing it, you retard. It offers people like me the ispiration to shine in my sport and make those games (1500m). Or I tell you what we can leave these areas deprived and allow crime in that area to rise, oh yes and allow people to grow obese because there are no facilties you bunch of retards.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah I realise it's a total hack job. I lost all the edits twice and in the end it became a case of getting it done before the deadline for planning objections. I might do another edit for a screening I'm doing in the Leytonstone Festival in July (I'll be screening a film about the Lea Valley 'What Have You Done Today Mervyn Day' and some Leytonstone films by John Smith).
