  • Sprouting in bags!! So amazing :) thx

  • Because Incan berries are high in Vitamin A ;)

  • Angela, Could you do a show on curing Candida? It is such pervasive problem.

Thanking you in advance ; - ) Donna

  • that daikon radish sprout outrage story is so funny!

  • I love Incan Berries.

  • I've been 100% RAw now for close to 4 months now, and it IS very challanging when you have no support system around you, and you live in the NE like me. The fruits of the summer are mostly gone now and I hate relying on apples and pears.

Salads are getting alittle boring too. any suggestions would be helpful.

Also I keep hearing about Candida with Raw foodists. Whats up with that??? How do you know you have it? I DO tend to eat more fruits than veggies, but my main meal is a salad.

  • Sugar feeds yeast (candida), many suggest a 4 day water fast to kill the yeast.

  • But why do so many Raw foodists suffer from Candida? Is it because of the high sugar contet of their diets? As a retired Nurse I remember that ppl who suffeed from candida had white film in their mouths and a cottage cheese like vaginal discharge. I still don't understand WHY RF have such an OVERGROWTH of Candida. And WHY are they always taking so many probiotics? Is it because you're taking too many enemas, colonics and/or antibiotics?????

For the record I thank G-d have ONE of these problems.

  • CORRECTION---it should read, "I have NONE of these problems".

  • I don't know about you but I am a juice and smoothie fanatic. I'm always looking for new recipes. I like to experiment with exotic spices and herbs. They can be a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. I never get bored when I drink juice because there is so much variety. Do you have a health foods store near you?

  • can inca be used in a plural form "incan"? i thought it was just "inca".

  • How do you grow sprouts and where do you get the seeds?

  • they have a website where they sell stuff. click around. you'll find it. Angela puts the seeds in a nutmilk bag and soaks over night and then rinses. She rinses at least twice a day. Good air flow = good sprouts. Did you watch the newer episode?

  • It means a lot to me to watch these videos. Thank you. I have been 100% raw for 9 years plus. I need to connect with people who have been doing this for a long time. I figured that out because I just read the testimonials in Tonya Zavasta's book, 'Beautiful on Raw.'

It is stressful to be constantly surrounded by people who think I am weird and to put tons of energy out helping people with raw who do not stick with it.

It really helps to be in cyberspace with

    (To be continued.)

  • MAKE some videos on STARTING 2SPROUT.Teach the ones who don't know the steps! Please!

  • yes that will be very cool! :)

  • Motojobobo is their name in Peru :)

  • Albuquerque!

  • i love you guys :)

  • Where can I find Freddie's blend probiotics in the UK without ordering from the USA??

    Please help!

    Thanks

  • YAY! I'd love to see an episode (or series of episodes, should I be so lucky) about Angela's candida issues. I've been on a candida cleanup process for a few months now, and it's helped me to lose about 20 out of 40 lbs so far, but I'd love some tips & tricks on keeping it at bay -- it's easy to fall into old, sugary patterns!

  • ROFL - love that last bit

    I LOVE incan berries;

literally CANNOT keep them in my house...

they get eaten in a microsec.

  • cape gooseberries, isnt that the name, we used to grow them! they are easy to grow. So they are incan berries? cool. they are delicious fresh, I didnt know they were incan berries. thankyou x

  • My husband grew up in Quito, Ecuador, and we travel there every sumer to see family.

Incan berries, as they are called here in the states, are called Uvillas in Ecuador, and one can get them FRESH by the bag in the supermarkets. I LOVE uvillas. We were in Quito this August and I was telling all my relatives the 'superfood benefits' of this fruit, and they had no idea, since for them it is something they've grown up around all their lives! 16% protein is amazing!

  • thank you , gentle smile

  • I use to wear really thick glasses and then contacts, I stopped wearing them for a long time & when I put my contacts in, it was really blurry, I went to the eye doctor and they said I didnt need glasses anymore! I'm not sure if I just had a lazy eye or if it was that I used to do really weird things with eyes, like I would try to flex them and focus back and forth on different things and twirl them but I havent wore glasses in a like 9 years & I used to walk in2 walls when I was really little!
