Some do. But lots wear other footwear. @timpenfield5 Whatever you say or think. Did you see what women look like in this video? It's not like that only in France. Pretty much throughout Europe, Russia, and all the way to China and South Korea. That's what you see in the street. What you see in this video. Day and night. And not only in the street, but indoors too. What happened in America about that women don't dress like this? No skirts. No heels. No stockings. No handbags. I simply have no idea.
