But the first record features Dave on guitar, rhythm guitar, bass and drums, except Afghan Whigs' Greg Dulli playing lead guitar on X-Static: Dave didn't recruit Nate, Pat and Will until that record was finished, as he just intended it to be an anonymous demo tape... I am definitely right and if you check your sources you will see that I am right.

Taylor toured with them and recorded on some of the B-sides, but not on the actual album. If you don't believe me go pick yourself up a copy of TCATS. Taylor isn't credited and if you get the 10th anniversary edition, Nate writes a note explaining how it was really difficult for them because Will left.
