There are actually dots they are grey and show up for a split second, for example on :31 look at (I,5) and you'll see a dot flash, several appear through out the video and are hard to spot. If I had the patience to locate them I would, but this is challenging.

this is an optical illusion. the effect of the black on white plays tricks on you. therefore, there are no dots anywhere and all dots everywhere at the same time.
