After you figure out the outrageous closing costs and the more than likely 30+ year loan and that might include escrow (outrageous insurance and property taxes). Plus astronomical late fees once they were late on a single payment.

This is what I hear...they have to prove who now owns the home...if I am correct...and that is hard to do after being sold over and over. I would ask a lawyer if it was me...to be very sure. They even could only own it on paper themselves in other words they don't own it as of yet. But this is only second hand knowledge not fact. As I said I would ask someone in the know.
