I've had mine for over 3 months now, and it works flawlessly. I really like the fact that it only has one up and down setting, so when it's in the up position its always at the correct level. I've personally gotten much more agressive at DHilling. :)
This is the best adjustable seatpost out there. ALL of the other posts pull up when lowered. If your shorts grab the nose of the seat you cant scoot back. There is no ball slap issue at all.
Most importantly the cable sits in ONE place on your frame. So, once you mount it and zip tie it to your frame your all set. The others have the cable coming out of the top so every time you lower it the cable moves around a ton !
I have one and wouldn't ride without one. Never had an issue with my tackle being slapped by the post! Low maintenance and very reliable, 3rd bike it's been fitted to and still running smooth without any slop in the movement. Also it's a 27.2mm post so fits just about any frame. Also love the 3 position feature of mine, Up, down 1" or 4"down, no need for analogue positions because they're too fiddly.
Those are junk, they charge $250 or more and they really suck, get a Joplin, by far superior design and you don't have that massive cable mechanism sticking out. The Joplin is much smoother, has a MUCH better remote lever and is way better looking if that counts for anything, not to mention you can get a remote operated Joplin for less than $200

AGREED! I would prefer the slower rise of the Joplin. The last thing I would want is to get sack tapped by my seat
