@Scarperguy I did a Doctor Who meets Bill & Ted when Series 5 ended, and the BBC pulled it down within hours, they didn't like it when I took the piss out of them. Because Series 5 ended in a very Bill & Ted way. It's still up on Blip TV.

That detail with the DeLorean driving "into" the Tardis, so to speak, at near the end was brilliantly thought of, I think... really.. the whole thing was done nicely, but that "little thing" just totally did it for me! =P

What did you use to overlay the two sets of Videos?

@SairaFans The compositing program is called "Sony Vegas" the program that lets me lift people out of a video is called Motor Roto, Although they no longer make it, it's been replaced by a program called Mocha and is part of After Effects, or as a stand alone program.
