You might want to try keeping abreast with current affairs, an obvious example would be the Yen crash after the Fukushima disaster. If you see an opportunity like that you, as our friend here says,would be blind to miss it. I agree. indicators should only be used for timing purposes. Price and volume tell us where and when, while indicators can only confirm that. Traders try to base their trades off indicators but the word indicator means just that... An indication. If price/volume signals buy, we are now only looking for timing. Operators will manipulate indicators to throw off retail traders. Indicators lag price/volume. They can help confirm when, but never why we enter/exit.

okay deal. Show me a method by that anyone that backtests 80% win rate. Tells me exactly where to enter/exit. exactly where to place my stop, with low drawdowns. I will then be more than happy to take your offer. A market moves in cycles and a wheel roll the same way backwards as fowards. I make calls only for my private students cause, It's easy for operators to chase stops if there is a bunch of them there. So, why should I draw operators to where me and my students have placed their stops?

Ok, the second point: I'm not here to teach you or anyone, I am warning others that most preachers who paint pictures and tell stories of financial riches are usually bullshitters, and you know that. You are right about mentality and education to some extent. Indicators, news flashes, tipsters etc.. are usually for losers. The key? Learn how price moves and where trends are going on different time frames. It's a long and possibly frustrating learning curve. Peace to you if you're an honest man.

That is a weekly chart (I'll be even generous and assume it is a daily chart). You must have some big capital to trade that and set your StopLoss like at 100-200 pips. And if you have enough experience you would realize that only works of trending market and NOT on consolidating times.
