  • ford sucks the big time, nissan yota jeep rule ford lol

  • Im an explorer man muh self. but I've seen mud like that.. it's the devil. anything could've gotten stuck in there! I feel for that guy.

  • Hey Duc...Vietnamese hi~?

  • ouch i bet that fuked up your shity explorer tranny lmao

  • Gayest video I've ever seen thank god it only took ten seconds to realize it

  • How is this ford vs. nissan when the ford didn't go through the same hole the nissan got stuck in. Show me the exploder going through the hole the pathy couldn't make it THEN you can say it's vs. When you stay on a little muddy driveway and don't get stuck that doesn't prove anything except you're scared to get into the REAL stuff.

  • where was this at yall live in pa somewhere lol

  • @1Southernboy88 This was off 322 near Walmart in Harrisburg. They planned on building a wegmans there but never did so it's open to the offroaders, lol. Sold my pathfinder a long time ago.

  • @crashdummy40 ipod dont let you use fuck they always change the word to something else but you dont know that because your an idiot, and by the way grow some balls kid and stop going on my channel and following my comments get a life and stop posting stupid shit ,i hate dealing with kids who think they know about the economy and who think are experts in cars or finance. but feel free to keep posting stupid shit, i know you enjoy since its the only form of attention you get in your pathetic life

  • I'm sorry but who the fok goes mudding in a 4x2 ?!

  • @mikelove2110 you really are a hipocrit lmao its FUCK !!!!!!!!!!!

  • @crashdummy40 its called spell check moron ipods dont let you use words like fuck they always change it to something else now if your done making an ass of yourself have a nice day kid

  • @crashdummy40 its called spell check moron ipods dont let you curse when you type they always change the word to something else now if your done making an ass out of your self have a nice day kid :)

  • @crashdummy40 stop annoying me son thank you and have a nice day :)

  • Pathy got stuck because the Ford didnt have the guts to try out that kind of mud. haha

  • Tires, tires, tires!

  • jeep are good brand but in hot weather they are biggest pile of shit. they suck in australia cause its to hot always breaking down. pathfinder all the way.

  • keep my tacoma

  • i remember when i had my first beer

  • esas nissan son mas carro q las ford, en colombia los reyes son las nissan y las toyotam ademas las llantas hay no le favorecian para nada y tenian q sacarle aire para q hubiera mayor traccion

  • Okay dumbass, this video didn't prove anything which one car is better for off road. Nissan didn't have dirt tire (I mean tire is good for use on snow and dirt road). Oh and yes I notice Ford have dirt tire. Got new dirt tire for nissan and make new video. Those car on video ain't off road, got it?

  • @Maul9999 Also Nissan repair bills are small compared to ford.

  • @Thebusanbill Not really. I can got part for my nissan truck for cheap. What i meant to say about this video is it didn't prove which one of better. It is not video's opinion for people, it is people's opinion and choose.

  • i dont think any stock vehicle exept a tank would be able to go into that soft mud and get out again. its not the driver or the car. id be surprised if a f***in lifted discovery could get out of that.

  • Shes sexy

  • There is no question that it was operator error that got that nissan stuck.

I don't think Ford is the best 4X4 around though, nor a nissan and I own one.

Jeep wrangler or a land rover discovery are far superior when it comes to 4x4.

  • Nowonder i hate ford rangers they look like explorer. Hell every other suv is better than that ford. Nissan, toyota, suzuki lol, jeep xj,liberty on and on and on.

  • @kiasoul10 well ford wise ford rangers and ford exploders are on the same truck chasis f-150 and expeditions same chasis but are nice and much reliable trucks but thats it thats the only reason i like fords trucks but i still love the TITAN

  • am 100% nissan

  • dude never have yer wheels turned when yer stuck an tryin to get out .... amateur my jeep is a *real offrad truck itl eat these two bitches for breakfast

  • @5had0wL1nk , actually a REAL TRUCK has a 550hp cat in it and 18 speeds..or 1.5ton or bigger.

  • The driver of the Nissan was obviously bad! I would have put my old Nissan against any crappy, fall-apart Ford any time!.... Fords are junk and everybody knows it , but Ford owners!

  • ford is gay in the world nissan and toyotas are the best vehciels

    \

  • ford sucks

  • I have a 91 nissan pathfinder and i have pulled more fords out than anything and i mud bogg every weekend but its not only the truck its the tires to. Makes a huge difference it you have mud terrain tires i suggest swampers tso's

  • then ,ford explorer is better than pathfinder?

  • terenowe opony i by dało rade bo tak to ni hu hu

  • All of these are too new to do any real good offroad...

  • IT IS THE OFFROADERS CODE TO STOP AND HELP STUCK STRANGERS STUCK IN THE MUD IF YOU CAN

  • boy yall are some hardcore badass !!!! GAY as hell!!!!!!

  • i prefer my jimmy personally but choice given i would pick the explorer there

  • hahaha get real trucks but until then keep those pussy ass things on the street

  • inexperienced kid who has no clue what he's doin. street tires? really? just cuz its 4x4 dont mean its "stuck proof" btw what does nissan know about "sport utility"?

  • @Sneadster True...He is a real stupid. There are special thread tires for muds OR trailing purposes. Moreover, skills needed as for trailing and manouvering between the mud lines so that the vehicle does not get stuck. Both need to learn.

    Waste of time here.

  • @Sneadster You never hear of a Patrol?

  • it just looks like the left front on the pathy hit some softer mud then the rest of it did. dowsnt help that he had mud caked street tires though, lol. all is good in the spirit of fun though

  • ford sucks

  • yea well all be laphing when the timing gears comes off on that 4.0 hahaha i cant laph to hard tho mine is fu#*ed up to ... them explorers aren't worth a fu#k man dont ever buy one mine had only 120K on it and well maintained to never miss treated the chain came off busted the gears now its going to cost me over 3000$ to fix dont ever i say dont ever buy a ford explorer man just go strait to a expedition or something man

  • @emmitt81

I think mine (98 Explorer with the same 4L) has over 300k on it, and she's still going strong.. only been stuck like 3 times, and that was in a LOT of gunk.. good truck, good fuel economy (for it's time,) and geared great. My low can go through a crapload with a good set of tires

  • @emmitt81 ford had a few years where the sohc 4.0 v6 had issues with the timing chains going out after about 110,00 miles. this problem is and has been well known since that engine made its way into the explorer, if you did not do the required maintenance the damage done is your own damn fault. also, 1 engine having 1 well known problem does not make the vehicle as a whole a POS. mine has the ohv 4.0, which is bullet proof, and is still running strong with 205,000miles on it.

  • yea you'll rock lol until the explorer timing fu#*s up i got one to its a 03 model with 4.0 and it has 120.000 miles and the timing chain came off and busted the gears now its going to cost me over 3000$ to fix it and to beat it all it was well kept and well maintained never not 1 time was the thing ever mistreated so yea rock on for now anyhow man

  • those are just dirty puddles. not muid. pussys

  • FUCK WARNER ASSHOLES

  • i agree get some super swampers 33 or 35 inch then go try it agin

  • fords are always better

  • you kids are idiots... you go offroad with street tires for one, but you don't bring anything with you incase you got stuck? I mean comon, I bring a few tow straps, chain, a hydraulic jack, etc just as basic shit you need to have whenever you dick around like that.

  • thats because we weren't seriously offroading. just having fun. God damn people take this video too seriously.

  • No, its just common sense. Who cares if that wasn't "serious" mudding, at the end of the day you still got stuck and could have easily been out of there in a few minutes if your were prepared.

  • Comment removed

  • @dukviper90 Wait. So let me get this straight, your telling me to get an education, yet you don't even know what common sense is.

I don't give two shits about the video honestly, I'm just pointing out the obvious that your a dumbass and somehow you think you have a right to say I'm wrong because you were just "having fun".

I heard getting ass fucked by a big black guy is "fun", maybe you'd like that too.

  • @dukviper90 was reading through your argument, im pretty bored, but anyways, you said this is "practically your backyard" then why the fuck do you have random ass "rednecks" passing through it

  • that was vaginafied...what a pussy..nice highway tires

  • fords rock!

  • Yeah ford isnt american pouser vehicle. Jeep bizatches

  • pouser wtf thats not even a word and what do you have a liberty aka the car jeep

  • im happy with my 4.0 OHV Ford haha

  • @blsbrandon1 im happy with my 4.0 OHV Jeep haha ;) Sold my old pos mazda for a pristine 99 4wd Cherokee Classic !

  • @98MAzdaMilleniaS Cock In The Shittter Fuckin A Tit. Vagina Vagina!

  • @blsbrandon1 The 4.0 OHV in the Explorer was a POS.

  • why would you do ANYTHING with mud if one of you did not have a chain or tow rope???

  • if u wer in an AMERICAN made SUV u wouldnt of gotten stuck

  • @NinjaKid725 What do you have to say when a truck with 2 feet of lift and 50 inch tires gets stuck...What, because he's in a Ford, that's the reason? Or if the Toyota was lifted, and it got stuck. I DO NOT CARE What type of vehicle you drive, if you go through the right sh*t, you WILL get stuck. It also depends on the tires. My Buddy's Toyota never gets stuck. Wait, that's because he has 35" Swampers. He goes places Chevy's and Ford's go and doesn't get stuck. CAUSE HE HAS THE RIGHT TIRES for it

  • it wasnt to clear for me,they both suck any how

  • I have a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder with firestone destanation A/T and that thing goes any were so yea

  • My 98' Eddie Bauer is just like yours, I love it!! Does great on sand!!

  • that shit looked funer than disney world.. lol

it woulda all been over wayyy eairlier if ya'll were in Louisiana..

  • lol more fun than disney world?

  • they both stock????

  • no the pathfinder clearly had 66 inch boggers

  • product of american education system, the explorer and ghost 11

  • exactly y american is better. those damn chinks should die!

  • Hmm....Chinks are chinese. If you are trying to be racist, try to do it correctly.

  • Go back to your KKK family you fucking jerkoff.

  • that's gratitude for you!!!

he called the guy that wants to help, a weird red neck. fucken ass hole you are the one playing in the mud you should be prepared. at least carry some straps. ignorant fool

  • he was a wierd redneck mexian dude. he said he wanted to help and nothing. And i didnt plan to get stuck, like it says in the description, i was trying to turn around and happen to go into some thick ass clay.

  • The thing about roading is to come prepared, so go ready to get stuck even if you dont plan on it, tires with more aggressive tread really help, but at least carry some tow straps and essential fluids.

  • yep, we were stupid. first timers, a bunch of dumb teens trying to have fun. hehe. i dont offroad anymore, to much wear and tear. gonna build an offroader.

  • Hey man its cool we all had to start somewhere, its a learning experience, every time you trail you learn a little more, good luck to you on your rig, any ideas?

  • Well i think i might just put heavy duty coils and shocks with no lift on my pathy to aid in the moderate trailing that i do to get to my camping trips. I was thinking though, next summer i might want to find a old chevy like a k series or old harbody or toyo pickup for cheap and build a good offraoder out of that. i am thinking 350 with some dana 44's. first thing to do is to figure out how to get the money to do all that...hehe.

  • the dana series are very reliable axles, as for the pathy you will not get sufficient suspension flex for shit due to the half shaft 4wd on your front end, on the other hand old toyos and k series have straight axle 4wd front ends and they are nearly unstoppable with lockers

  • If you're going to go Toyota, (which, speaking from experience, is the way you want to go) look for an '84 or '85 truck. These are the most desirable among Toyota aficionados. Reason being, they were the last years of the solid front axle, and also built the stoutest. Replace the Birfields, with a set of aftermarkets, and go wheel away. Lots of upgrades for Toyotas. The problem with fullsize trucks is weight. Too many parts to break, and gets expensive to repair. Fullsizes are good, but to heavy

  • lol, told me everything i already know. I love toyota, use to have a 99 4runner. solid suv.

  • go dodge!!!!

  • there is no dodge

  • hmm i wish i could say dodge sucks but i like dodge. FORD SUCKS! lol...thats my pathfinder up their.

  • PATHFINDER IS LOOK SO GOOD

  • i love both Ford and nissan, i have a 94 explorer with 210,000 and its still running STRONG. my brother has a 89 nissan 4x4. both awesome. and i owned 5 vehicles and fords for me have been most reliable. (2 fords) (1 pontiac)(1 chevy) and a dodge 1500. still own both my fords (5.0 mustang and my 94 explorer)!

  • dont blame the nissan because the driver wasnt good but througth out the video the the nissan looked better except at the end

  • FORDS SUCK ASS! GO DODGE!

  • mopar suck asss go toyota!

  • First of all, Fords are the shit, secondly, i would never even visit texas, none the less live there. and finally, there cars are bone stock. they wouldnt survive a second here.

  • nicve paint job and sweet explorer

    WHAT YEAR?!

  • that would be a 2000 eddie bauer... too bad it runs like shit. Its a lemon.

  • its amazing wat ppl tell you bout your pathfinder. lift it with some offroad tires wont ever get stuck again. nissans last forever(or with my luck till they hit 13 years) but how do fords suck.not one person is able to back up there answer!and that stroke coulda easily pulled you out in 2WD.i take my uncles F250 to mudholes(which are actually pits where you have to climb to get out)and only have to put it in 4WD to get out.we take that ford everywhere and not once have we got stuck.Fords are #1

  • Comment removed

  • FORD SUCK. It's just bad driving on behalf of the nissan.

  • no it didnt have anything to do with my driving. read the damn description... i was trying to turn around and i just happen to drive into some really thick mud

  • truth hurts! forighn basterd!

  • I don't blame the "redneck" for laughing at someone trying to drive an SUV like that through mud! Glad you guys got it out, though!

  • wut are u talking about! i would have made it through if i had real tires. my tires have like 10% tread left on them

  • Regardless of thread life (not to mention highway tires are just not meant for mud use), that Pathfinder isn't built to be put into those situations. It's a luxury, unibody SUV, just like most SUVs these days. Unibodies aren't intended to see anything more serious than unpaved roads or snow. The same is true for the Explorer, but it's better suited for this type of use since it's at least a body on frame.

  • thats where your wrong. yes they probably only want u to do mild offraoding. but the pathfinder unibody is 3 times stronger than the frame it replaces. and its strong enough to windstand any condition. trust me i've been through many terrain with this pathy and not once has it failed or break on me. The reason why they went unibody was to increase comfort and weight from the previous model. it did not sacrifice any offroad capabilities except for that it is just hard to find a lift for it!

  • You're fooling yourself. If it's built for mild off-roading, then what you were doing was more than mild off-roading. Of course it's not going to just break in half when you're driving it. You said it yourself, they used a unibody to increase comfort. There was a low bar to replace with that old ladder frame, but they could have used a newer ladder frame that'd be much stronger than the unibody. A unibody cannot flex as much as a ladder frame, and it will succumb to metal fatigue much easier.

  • if u go behind the trail there are incline dips declined everything and my pathfinder went through all of them. at some point the pathfinder one wheel was in the air. the unibody is very stiff and strong. also the jeep liberty is also a unibody. i guesss those things arent built for offraoding erither. The reason for the use of unibody is just to increase comfort and weight and fuel economy. yes the wd21 were better offroaders but the r50 still retain its offroad capabilites from the past.

  • Congrats, I'd hope any 4WD vehicle with a hint of ground clearance could make it through what you describe. One wheel in the air would mean a LACK a flex (just so you know you're contradicting yourself). And you said it, the purpose of a unibody is to be more comfortable, and it does a great job at that compared to ladder frames. However, it sacrifices off-road capability for that comfort.

  • The Liberty is a joke, and I'd laugh at anyone who seriously bought one with the intent to take it off-road. Hell, you probably think you could take a Patriot off-roading since it can be had in "Trail Rated" form, as well.

  • the r50 is also used in various continents like africa =safaris and austrailia=deserts. America just does have the mods for it. if i wanted a subframe lift and coil over conversion....i would have to fly to japan or europe to get it! they also have r50s for baja runs. Thats why they have xe se and le. i have the se version wich has billstien shocks standard and gr-2 coil over struts

  • Driving on relatively flat sand is FAR different from the type of off-roading you're talking about. Hell, you could take most Subarus through sand if you knew what you were doing. I would hope a Pathfinder could handle that. Those shocks are for comfort, not for off-road abilities.

  • why the hell are u argueing with me abotu my own vehicle. i know exactly what my vehicle can do and whait it is capable of. The suspension on the pathfinder is able to flex very well.. and also my shocks are billstein offroad shocks and heavy duty coil springs. If u think that my vehicle isnt built for offroading than i guess teh jeep grand cherokee isnt either...it too is a unibody. This video doesnt show any of the capabilities. we were just having fun since there was mud

  • I'm not telling you what it's capabilities are, I'm telling you what it's designed to be used for. Independent suspension does not flex. In reality, no, the Grand Cherokee is built more for on-road use, but Jeep does keep off-roading in the back of their mind, or they say they do. However, the Grand Cherokee is being increasingly refined for on-road use; just look at the WK. There are the Jeep Wrangler and Nissan Xterra to fulfill the off-road market of the two makers, though.

  • Wait, now since when did Pathfinders have Bilstein shocks and stiff coil springs stock? I just read in a reply you made three weeks ago that you were going to put ON Bilstein shocks and some stiffer springs.

  • u can get them. i only have billstein shocks. i am putting a two inch lift on my r50. and u dont think my pathfinder has ground clearance? it has a good 9 inches maybe alittle less but thats plenty with it 106 inch wheelbase... but ok u win. i give up. u should really go to cardomain and check out what pathfinders can do on the trails!

  • When did I say anything about ground clearance? Everything I can find says it's 8.3", not much more or less than the others in its class. Yes, that's fine for something with that wheelbase. The approach/departure angles of 33/28 degrees aren't the greatest, but again, not much different than similar SUVs. The lift should definitely help.

  • yes it will help. I used to have a 99 4runner now i can totally say that thing was built more for offraoding. unfortunately i rolled it last year.

  • Yes, I agree. Sorry to hear it was rolled. :P

  • anyways...the reason why i got into that mud pit was because i was trying to turn around. it was thick and nasty. nothing stock could have gotten through that. the more u push the deeper u sank. i wil post more vids in the futur to show u what the pathfinder is capable of doing

  • ford any day

  • ford suck balls...lol

  • Fuck Ford

  • half*

  • my buddy put of this video just to bash on my nissan. he would have got stuck too. his explorer is hald dead though lol

  • i would have never gotten stuck there and if i were there i would have yanked him out with ease no problem for a toyota i save fords in mud and sand all day

  • yea because ford scare to go in mud and yea try ford vs toyota 4runner you dumb fuck redneck ford exploerer is not made for offroad.

  • if i hadnt wreck my 99 4runner that would be the title of this vid.

  • Can't go wrong with the F-O-R-D buddy! ;-)

  • you really cant go wrong with a toyota lol:-)

  • If that was a Toyota 4Runner instead of, a Nissan Pathfinder..., it'll be getting stuck in the mud, the same way!

  • i had a 99 4runner before i bought that pathfinder. i rolled it on the highway. the 4runner will kill your ford anyday i promise.

  • Lol..., no way buddy! The 4Runner would probaly put-up a better match than, the Pathfinder...but, it wouldn't beat the Explorer in offroading! Even threw down the years of comparisons with these trucks..., the Ford Explorer and, the Chevy TrailBlazer always came out on top! If you don't believe me..., check out the SUV Comparison's video on here. ;-)

  • well u see the video. that exporere up there is my buddies explorer. the explorer is half dead now. i got stuck becuase i always took ti through things i think couldnt go through he never did. my truck run the same as the day i bought it his explorer well... its in pretty bad shape. and dude my 4runner be real man... it would kill u it has way more ground clearance than an explorer and just bigger tires and a better powertrain with a kick ass 4wd system...i win

  • Well..., the reason why, his Ford Explorer's half dead is probaly 'cause, he don't know how to take care of a vehicle, he's pretty ruff on vehicles or, he didn't keep maintainance up on it! Don't get me wrong now! I like the Nissan Path. also...but, they're aren't more reliable than the F. Expy.. N. Paths. have some of the worst reliable and, durable ratings reports of all SUVs that's on the market(past and, present)!

  • your wrong buddy. the pathfinder 01-04 rank way higher than the exlorers. and i havn't heard of an explorere without any sort of problem before. the onyl problems with my pathfinder are the recalls(1) and the defective parts like i had to replace coils and maf sensor that is it... 104000 miles running strong with all 250 ponies

  • Well..., to be honest..., it's defnitely F. Expys. outthere with some sorts of problems but, it's never anything Major...as far as, mechanical or, with the powertrain. Basically..., it's just with regular matainance(brakes, tune-ups, shocks or, sometimes..., the radiatiors)but, that's with most vehicles! If you're driving around, everyday on regular basis..., you'll see that there's more F. Expys('91-present)on the road than N. Paths, anyday!

  • come on man think about why there are more fords explorers ont he road. first of all its a domestic and second of all there not expensive. but your suv comparsion stuff. that doesnt matter. if u compare reliability for all suvs out there the 4runner comes on top and has the best offroading capabilities compared to any one in its class.

  • I also wanted to add..., I have a '97 F. Expy. that, I bought in 2G($14,900 straight cash)and, it has 165,000+ miles on it! The only major thing I had done on that truck was rebuilding the Trans....and, that was just last month! So..., that proves, I've gotten a STRONG 160,000+ miles before, any Major problems! Also..., my bro.-n-law has a '93 F. Expy. with almost 200,000+ plus miles on it...and, he never told me, he had to do any major repairs to his truck since, he had it. Real talk!

  • yea i did and your just a liar. the 4runner is way better than any explorer. especially the new pussy ifs ones you are spam

  • Cross my heart! Lol.. I've driven that F. Expy. back and, forth from NC. to TX. SEVERAL times without ANY problems on the road. Nothing but smooth riding, good food and, music! Personally..., I like plus sized SUVs...but, I'll definitely settle for the new body F. Expys.. Don't get me wrong..., the new T. 4Runner is a very nice truck...but, the sell numbers proves which SUV is the better SUV...and, I take it that, you already know that ans.(Ford Allday)! ;-)

  • and again if u compare the ford explorer to the 4runner. the ford explorer sells cuz of price and because it larger for most families just like teh f150 which is sold basically because of price. reliability 4runner is way up top u never here anything bad about the 4runners ever.

  • Yeah..., that's true. Alot of people buy the F. Expy. for it's price...ANNND, it's looks, quality, power and, reliability! The T. 4Run. has those same features, also...but, most people just prefer the F. Expy. over the T. 4Run.. That's why, the F. Expy. has been the best selling SUV for over the past 15yrs.! ;-)

  • hey man i used to own a 99 4runner and i would beat the living shit out of it offroad everywhere. and it had 130000 miles that felt like it just came out of the showroom when i would drive it home. from all the chevys that my parenst own and fords that some my friends own the longest lasting one i saw was a pos ranger that had 350000 miles on it and had ran like shit. quarts of oil was lost every week but it only cost him 50 dollars for the truck.

  • Lol..., '99 Toy. 4Runner? My '98 Ford Explorer has near 170k miles on it...and, I still drive it to Texas from NC. over 85mph. most of the way and, it STILL runs smooth as if, it's brand new! If you do a research on the ratio between Fords and, Toyotas that's still on the road, nowadays..., you'll see that, Ford would win that comparo., everytime! ;-)

  • yeah but my 4runner would have lasted ten times longer than your ford. plus u already had to replace a tranny. i never did only timming belt. u know wut. keep in touch i give up with this thread. when my pathy hits 300000 miles i will email u i promise. i will proabbly be like 30 years old. and i will keep records of all things replaced. and i have an ideo already of the things that will be rplaced.

  • Lol..., if you say so! The one thing that, American vehicles will always have over foreign vehicles is "Staying Power"! Ford and, Chevy will always outlast Toyota and, Nissan, no matter what! Lol, your Nissan wouldn't even dream of making 300,000k miles and, believe, you, me..., if you changed the timing belts on your truck you, probaly had to change the pulleys, also because, they work with eachother. I mos. def. keep in touch! I also like to see photos that Nissan hitting 300,000k(proof)!

  • thats still along time... planning to drive it till it dies. and i will show u a bunch of pics of a 4runner wiht 300 k and 400 k and a landcruiser with close to 500 k on original engine and manual tranny that still runs strong! and no you i didnt have to change the pulley just the belt. my 4runner engine was a 3.4 liter look it up its one of toyotas best engine ever made...!

  • now my one buddy in highshool had a landcruiser 88 with something close to 400 k and never had a single problem except he rebuilt his tranny had 380 k. never anything on the engine except for regular preventive maintenance. let me tell u another friend with an 91 toyo pickup. i thad 212 k and drove quiet and smooth except for this rusting exhaust thats it!

  • It's believeable 'cause, he probaly kept maintainence up VERY well, over the yrs.! I knew a cabby in N.Y.C.. He had a '92 Ford Crown Vic. with 312K miles on it and, still runing strong without any major problems, he says! Also, in N.Y.C., that's all cabbys drive, mostly(Fords)so, you could imagine, how many Fords outthere have well over 250k miles on it! In a recent interview with Cabbys in N.Y.C, all of them said, they prefer Fords over, any other manufactor 'cause, they're very reliable!

  • There are alot of Fords out there with odometer's reading 200k and up, but the question is, how many engine's/transmissions did it take to get there. Statistically speaking, yes, you will see more Ford's still on the road over a given period of time because they sell more due to price. Stats will prove anything for anybody because of translation. But notice how everyone compare's their Ford(GM,Dodge) to a Toyota. "A fusion is just as reliable as a Camry"

  • you know wut buddy the 07 08 camry's are not as reliable as they use to be. so yeah a fusion is probably as reliable but... no way as reliable as the older models like my dad 05 which has 107000 miles and it still is silky smooth like a lexus(maybe not like a lexus)

  • I hadn't heard that about Camry, that's too bad. My point was that when you listen to the ad's, most domestic manufacturer's say that their product is just as good/reliable as a Toyota or Nissan. I have heard good things about the Fusion, I don't think I can actually get into one, but I'd check it out.

  • yeah ever since toyota became number one they have been more focus about selling and quality became number two. the tundra has 2 recalls that was issued to like 90 percent of there trucks which is bad. and the camry just was horrible problems this and that. but it should be changed for 09-10

  • Lol..., you make a good point(about the comparison to the T. Cam. segment) I could admit it! That's only because, foreign vehicles been hyped up over the years(over nothing)just because, they're different...but, that dosen't necessarily means better! Lol..., how many engines/trans. it took to get there??? Lol..., believe you, me..., if it was that easy for Fords, GM, Mopar cars to breakdown..., our economy would've went to s**t, YEARS ago!

  • I have had 2 Dodge cars myself, the first one doesn't count as it wsa a POS to begin with, my Dynasty was great! I had a 96 Bravada, my father had a 96 Blazer, both did Trans(60k), rearends(57K), o2 sens, he did an engine(150k) and alot more. My friend has a 97 250PS, 6 Trans jobs, 2 within last 2 months and he's under 140K. People make a big deal about hitting 100k without problems, that should be expected!

  • Wow..., that's a lot of work done to those vehicles(especially, American)under, a very short distance of mileage! Don't get me wrong..., 100k. is a HUGE milestone to hit in any vehicle without, some kind of problems with them...but, most American vehicles can hit that mark without major problems...with the proper care...unlike, most foreign vehicles!

  • your an idiot my pathfinder has 210,000 on it and she is still rippin through the woods, i bet that explorer is a v8 and it doesnt even have as much HP as a pathfinder .fords blow

  • No it's not "Douchebag"! It's a V6 all the way and, still rolling like, it just came out of the showroom. I don't see how, you guys still say, the N. Path. is a better performer than, the F. Expy. when, clearly..., in this vid...., the F. Expy. outperforms the N. Paht. in every way! SMH..

  • this vid doesnt prove anything. omg we were just having fun and i happen to cut the day short by getting my self stuck in some nasty stuff. just because a ford pulled me out of this doesnt mean its better. get yoru head screwed on right. my pathy hit 100000 no problems. my engine purrs i'll make a vid of that too to show u how smooth the engine is. i will also show u how unsmooth my buddies explorer is and all the noise it makes.
