Excellent job..but just asking Yrping.. is contacting bone at the beginning accidental or is it routine in paramedian approach? How did you direct ur needle in this approach? Thx
Lamina bone is contacted sometimes, not always. In paramedian approach, I direct the needle perpendicular to the skin, then cephalic to find the ligamentum flavum.
