Just read your other comments from however many months ago. It was possible to get Epic drops apart from Shavante's Ice Pick back then. It's just that the drop rate for it was a lot higher than it was supposed to be. qq moar.

Hello Hella is a Level 45 Epic. So is Shavante's Ice pick. The Level 50 version of Hello Hella is called Okiram's Charm in our version.

Hell Mode was released in June of 2010.

Level 15-45 Epics were released.

These are the "Old" Epic items, and have "(Old)" written in front of the items if they still exist today.

Level Cap was raised to 60 in August of 2010.

Priest Patch came in October of 2010.

Hell Party System was released in March of 2011.

It depends on time + server, some servers are cheaper/expensive then others.

Also of course stuff are mostly cheaper in the past(sometimes more expensive)...not to mention it's not like this character is on a new account :P this char is on a 2 yrs+ active account.

This is to test and see if the new content is applicable in the main server or if it unbalances he character arc then they may not implement it at all. The content hosted in the test server doesn't count until they validate it and release it in an update to the official game.
