I only like certain movies and this one was brilliant. I must say this was quite realistic and disturbing. In my opinion the ending is very powerful and stays with you for a long time, maybe one of the things that made it like this was the performances. This background music especially at the end adds to the atmosphere too.

This trailer doesn't do the film justice. It was awesome and I would totally recommend it. The ending was a bit like Marmite. You either love it or you hate it. Personally, I loved it. Magnificent film with some great acting in it.
This movie is one of my favourites, really keeps you on the edge of your seat i would recommend it to anyone! you really hope and wish for the people you are really on the edge of your seat and you actually get nervouse for them1 a really good film!

@nichtswiezuvor this movie is 1 hour and 27 minutes long, there is so much more to it than just the 2 mins and 27 seconds you see in this trailer. Not to mention they dont even talk much about whats going on. someone needs to take a class in movie production or something. there is no way this trailer could have possibly spoiled the movie. i am shocked you got so many thumbs up for such a false statement. great movie , powerful message, must see.

@mbj3000 oh COME ON! (spoiler warning!) you can see the ending of the movie (!), when she's trapped in the parents house. it is simply a bad trailer, when you can watch the whole plot in fast-forward. and yes, besides of this wack trailer, i really loved the movie. go watch it, everyone!

I'm sorry to report that this movie is an absolute disapointment. I conclude that the ONLY good thing in this movie was Michael Fassbender (the reason why I watched it), but he ends up... well... yeah. You will turn the TV off feeling no less than depressed and crummy!!

Yes, quite true, but just think... soooo many things were done wrong by that couple. I mean really, I don't know a person who would've stood at the lake with kids like that roaming about... nevertheless, a vacant lake! Two, I don't know a person who would've roamed the woods aimlessly without any weapons or game plan OR threw away their weapons. They totally ignored their animal instincts.

To be honest, I've thought of better film ideas myself.. If you want to watch a much better film, search for "Eden Log" unlike this, at least it has a plot! What starts out an original & promising concept of a couple, by the lake, besieged by aggressive teenagers fades into complete unrealistic nonsense. The teenagers steal the couples car - now someone steals your cars what do you do? Well this couple dont do that - they make no attempt to do what is realistic instead they traipse aimlessly through the wilderness looking for the car?? Total foolishness! The foolishness continues throughout the film culminating in an extremely unrealistic ending.
