This is obviously introducing the sequel. According to Wikipedia that plane takes Hale to a camp in Iceland where he finds others like him (who resist the chimeran infection). The camp is then invaded by the chimera and the team fly to the US, the Chimera then launch an attack on the East and West coast of America.

Sounds pretty sweet, I just completed the game. Cant wait for the sequel!!

the morse code you here through the game, when decoded, is the cloven's communications. They refer to hale as greyskin, and allow for you to know their true actions and plans for him. They have been tracking him for the entire time he was infected planning to take him away, which will be what the start of the next game will be based on, probably

You're right in everything you said, but there's one minor problem. Those guys weren't the Cloven, they were Black Ops who are(presumably) top secret U.S government agents. I don't think you ever see the Cloven in the game.

Well, if you look closely at the soldiers collecting Hale you see the games insignia (That one you see during load times) on their arms, so they must be on the USAs side. But what their objective is and what they plan to do with Hale still remains a mystery. Like Theninjamole said, SEQUAL TIME!
