1. The body makes it's own fat as needed. Fruit and veg has enough for the fat-soluable vitamins to digest(he proof is 811rs thriving. Best example is Arnstein in NY)

Hello to the girl in the video with the brain tumor. So sorry to hear that. I don't always agree with Dr. Mercola but he posted an article today talking about curcumin and brain tumors. "In an exciting discovery announced in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry in July, researchers say curcumin could be the answer to stopping a fatal brain cancer known as glioblastoma (GBMs)." Check out mercola dot com for the full article.
AWESOME videos DAN! My family really enjoyed them & we'll go on to spread the word your preaching. Keep preaching it DAN. We are here, we are learning & we are spreading the word. Love-Light-Live-Laugh :)
DAN, you better put on your vids "this is in response to" or whatver the YT lingo is and then link to the previous vids... so vid 2 in this 3 parter in this case.
It makes it easier for peeps to find the previous vids and if the topic is different in the previous then it may tempt them to go that vid and onwards.
The blunt you smoke before work isn't the problem. The problem is the work you go to after smoking the blunt. This nerve wracking, anti-spiritual, dead third-eye, tedious slave society is what drives people to drugs. That's the root of the problem, not the drugs. The drugs are just a symptom, a temporary respite, from the societal disease we live in.
DTM, me and my sister have fallen in love with your videos and you've helped us so much. She's even turned her husband on to you and he's following suit. 32 pounds gone between the two of us and still going. Thanks so much for teaching with love! We really appreciate you!
So what defeciencies to frutarians run into after a few years? Is it possible to offset any of the problems they run into with supplements, herbs, etc.? If its possible then someone could thrive on 80/10/10 longterm right?
@fortitude1981 You have to remember that 80/10/10 is not strictly a fruitarian diet. That's a falsehood. Read the book, vegetables primarily in the form of greens, are an important part of it.
@fortitude1981 From what I know 80/10/10 is a great way to live HOWEVER, there is simply not enough raw greens there to keep your mineral levels sky high. Green foods are the most healing foods there are. People on 811 sometimes develop tooth issues and other issues because of mineral deficiency. 811 is great, but overdose and slam the greens if you do it. It is a VERY high energy food lifestyle for sure. Blessings.
Glad Dan tried to steer clear of bible thumping. It is then his inspirational raw food message gets lost. Many don't enjoy someone else forcing their personal religious beliefs on them. Ebay already has that market covered, search image of Christ on banana. Has nothing to do with, if someone "gets it" or not.
Thanks Dan for creating a safe space for all of us to heal in, to grow in, to share, to help and to inspire each other. You are supporting a healthy world community. By being true to your self, you are giving us all the strength, information and inspiration to be true to ourselves. Slowly we learn we are not alone.
Most guys on raw food who look far older aren't that way from the diet, I believe it has more to do with the fact that their liver is overburdened from the constant & rapid detox of a raw food diet. Most if none of them have been vegan since birth so that detox is always ongoing. Another point, a high fruit diet lacks minerals and on raw foods you need more minerals for the detox organs (liver, gallblader, etc..) Without it the poisons stay and you get older, faster.

@TheObamaMorons Ok then, how many raw foodists consistently eat 2-3 heads of lettuce a day? It does come down to an issue of volume at some point, how much can a stomach cavity contain. I'm using lettuce as an example, of course there are other sources of greens. Doug Graham doesn't mention juices because he's an advocate of eating foods in their whole form without any type of refinement. Smoothies are mentioned in 80/10/10 though.
@TheObamaMorons He is up near 60, but I understand your point. We all age, sometimes it's genetics. Ask Dan, it's why he can't do reps like the Raw Brahs!...lol
@TheObamaMorons Again, my point is that the author of 811, you know, the guy who created that diet, eats far more greens than the average person. In fact I think most would qualify it as a healthy amount. Yes it's likely that Doug Graham does not go for Green smoothies much, but he has no problem with smoothies. True, he's definitely not a juicer. If you're a healthy male you're probably up around 3000 calories a day. 5% would be the equivalent of 3 heads of lettuce. A good amount.
@TheObamaMorons You are correct about that, but of course the ultimate source for 811 is the author of the book... I've watched a video with Doug Graham and Kevin Gianni where Doug claims the ideal distribution of greens in an 811 diet is between 3-6%. So that means somebody consuming 2500 calories a day, a full 2 heads of lettuce (50 calories a head) is still only 4%! Yup, greens are included in the real 811 diet.
@thewaterfalloflove ~ what you said about generational curses is true. We need to be aware that we have the power to say not for me and my family, that curse will not manifest itself in my life.
Dan is equating 80/10/10 with a fruitarian diet and that's just not true. They eat plenty of fruit, yes. But ask Doug Graham about the importance of a small amount of fat and LOTS of Greens in the diet. From what I understand, those who follow that diet typically enjoy a huge salad for dinner. And I guess that's the rigidity Dan speaks of, but at the same time he sounds pretty rigid stating it's a fruitarian-only diet. wrong. It's simply guidelines for enjoying optimal health. Not forced.
This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear today. I don't have any one that TRULY understands my journey and I just wanted to say thank you so much Dan for sharing your gift! :)
@disciplejesusloves I feel the same. It seems there are few moments when we find someone else to share ourselves with and say....this is the way. I am learning that my way is unique and powerful. My way is true to me and that is what matters. I know i love myself and everyone around me but if thats not reciprocated then i will have to accept that and go on anyway.
Freedom is what we ALL desire. Freedom from the pain of rejection. Freedom from the hate that moves among us.
Dan is Jesus Christ. Dan is just waiting for himself to become an avatar or become enlightened, and he needs to be acknowledged by God as the son. Within this lifetime, Jesus(Dan) will return, and he wil knock off the devils ass so bad that all suffering will be gone. @theharrison46, you're what I think of as a generation curse breaker. No offense to your own personal beliefs, but I hold the bible true to my heart and the bible talks about generational curses from sin. Believe in the bible or not, generational curses are indisputably fact. The dad cheats on his wife, the family breaks apart, the child doesn't understand love or have any respect for marriage and guide for how to have his, or her, own successful marriage and the behavior is repeated, cont...
@thewaterfalloflove, generational curses part 2: The sins of our parents are carried through to following generations and happiness and peace for a family becomes allusive. It takes a spirit of strong character to break this chain of events - to break the curse of family sin. Often the curse ends by a refusal by the children to have their own children (either consciously or unconsciously) but once in a while that curse is broken by someone who asks for forgiveness for the family.
@thewaterfalloflove You just freaked me out w/one of your comments..."a refusal by the children to have their own children" is ME - I decided not to have kids because I'm a big believer in Zero Population Growth, and as long as there are Octomoms out there, some of us have to forego childbearing. But....hmmm...after reading your statement, I realize there were definitely other reasons I got my tubes tied! WOW! U always go deep, Waterfall, and I love you for that.
Man,its definitely starting to get biblical proportions. You are tapping to the MH(Main Headquarters) no doubt about it,Dan! I just cant find a point I cannot agree with you! I love the polite way to say what you think about Doug,Im with you on that too! LOVE WILL PREVAIL!
Things "run in the family" because families tend to live the same lifestyles. If the parents smoke pot, the children smoke pot. If the parents smoke cigarettes, the children smoke cigarettes. If the parents cook fried chicken, everyone eats it. A lot of genetic "diseases" are truly environmental diseases resulting from common behaviors.
What kind of unhealthy bastards disliked this video??? Mentally unhealthy is what I mean btw.

Of course there are exceptions.
