its not karaoke thats a whole different thing. Karaoke provides slight vocals and the lyrics. What they have is called a back-track. It plays the vocals and they sing over it. It helps them sound better live. Singing and dancing at the same time is impossible to sound perfect so most singers use a back-track

WOW!!! I guess I am the only one to comment on this video. I love this song and I really think it rocks. They are very fantastic singers, actors, and dancers. I also like they way they that they perform when they do the dances and also sing. I have tried several times but I seem to run out of breath before the song is ever finished. they are my favorite singing group ( alongside with the Jonas Brothers) and I hope they will stay the Cheetah Girls FOREVER!!!
This is definitely live & they are definitely not lip singing; but they suck at singing live.
