@linchpin313 Very quite possibly the same way we found several recordings of me jamming on my guitar at a local studio, All about 4 years after I stopped recording. My recording was on "backup tapes". Stuff that gets tossed or thrown out after the real tapes are "certified and ready to roll". Sometimes these backup tapes can record longer or never stop recording as a way to make sure a "really good take" doesn't only have one copy. We had solo's and riffs on there I thought were never recorded.

I think if Randy had lived, he would have gone on to be a classically trained guitarist and they'd be in different worlds, really.Randy was quite complimentary of Eddie and Eddie has had some nice things to say about Randy. It wasn't really a competition and isn't a competition. Eddies played some great rock stuff over the years, he AND randy BOTH changed the face of rock music.
