hilarious, the jeep could not make it up that first little hill and the rover dominated it. amazing! I'll be taking my LR4 off road for sure! but to TOO off road
truly an amazing car... seeing it in action is just something to be seen to believed. alas, the sad reality of this car is that most people who will buy (or already bought) this car, will NEVER put it to good use off road.
Due to the hig technology, great build structure and Land Rover DNA, I guess Disco 3 or 4 is the best 4x4 far. With on road tyres, it can perform better than Defenders or Land Cruisers 70 with mud tyres. Its Traction Control is the best in the world. Other 4x4 cars need to have front and rear diff-locks to perform almost as good as Disco 3 that have only rear and central diff-lock. No questions, this car is a legend!!!! I just love Land Rovers!!!
Disco 3 have traction control the old defenders like the one in the video doesn´t have, this is the main difference in the off-road capabilities displayed here, nothing new to me. The Disco 3 is super capable indeed!
Unbelievable--I knew this truck was capable, but not this capable---I'm extremely impressed!!! Looks like you had one hell of a time!! One question though---since the RRSport is based upon the same platform as the LR3 and LR4, does the Sport have the same off road capabilities?? Between the two, I prefer the looks of the RRSport--Thanks!
Yer, i would say that they have the same off road capabliltys however the range rover is built for the road so i wouldn't expect it to feel the same off road. It really depends where you would drive it more. Type in Top Gear Range Rover vs Tank i think that would make up your mind... it did mine :P. ^^
