I slice mine skin deep from top to bottom and then back up to top so it meets starting place. Do the same thing the other way. So it looks like a cross from the top or the bottom. Then just peel the 4 sections.

i cut my mangos by doing the first two cuts then making a checkerboard pattern cuts in the them open it then just cut skin off around seed then eat mango directly off seed lol....i didnt know there was tutorials for this lol
