I don't believe in an afterlife, but this is probably my favourite song, I know it's a cover of Vera but I think Cash's version is better, just the emotion he portrays in his voice is what makes it great. I didn't realise this was the last song and his last ever album, was it released after the death of June? I think its also a fantastic ode to his fans that followed him throughout his life. Simply fantastic, I don't see how anyone could not be torn apart by this piece.

@gold3npimp It was actually done during World War 2 as a song for those who had to leave their loved ones to fight. Vera Lynn was the one who's version was popular in WW2. You should definitely give her version a listen. It's haunting and sweet.
