@thank625 LOD is short for Land of Death. Basicly you get the most experience in LOD than anywhere else in the game. You need a family in order to enter though, and the monsters are rather tough. You could pretty much get from level 1 to 30 in one LOD if you're with good people, and you'll gain about a level or 2 when you're 60+ each time. Only reason not to go to LOD is because you don't get much money from it, and you pretty much skip some of the game by doing that.

I always have light of protection on, and healing aura heals you through a lot. Don't underestimate them, unless they've changed it, if there's extra healers sometimes some groups in raids/LODs will have the extra healer go normal mage for light of protection and healing aura cause they make a huge difference, other classes don't have an excuse to go normal form ever. =p
@MegaAnimefan2000 This is the first part where you use potions in nostale. it's possible to not use potions as a mage, but bring potions anyways. you'll want to spam a few potions. as long as you don't go into any of the trap rooms, you'll have more than enough time to fight the boss. Also, if you can, attack only him when he is alone, kill any minions that decide to attack you first, otherwise you could be outnumbered and die too fast.

Killing normal mobs for a while works too. 30 is a good amount, but 100 is good to be safe. remember to spam snacks instead of potion when you can so you don't have to waste precious potions as often. You may need to level up a bit. Kinda hard to tell what's going wrong without seeing your character + your gameplay style going on.

you can turn into any specialist/card whenever you feel like it, and turn back to normal. There is not a 2nd job in nostale, specialists/cards replace that. So you dont have to keep making new characters all the time for trying a different set of skills. =)

Use fire on it. if you can, get some dark resistance. Upgrading your pet and weapon helps too. Not sure what class you are though. Mages really shouldnt have a problem because of healing aura. Light protection gives some dark resistance and defense as well.
Dust king/dark stalin is does MORE damage to water and light elements.
But you should have saved up potions for this part by now, since you only need to use them for emergencies.

I'm still playing. Right now I'm basicly playing for a few weeks, stop playing for a few weeks.
It's boring when the only thing left to do in the game is just get gold to upgrade, and there's no new content. LOD + instant battle mostly. I don't leave shops open usually cause I'd rather be doing something else on the compuuter and people dont like my computer on at night.
Rep farming and pii grinding are the only other things to do, and they are EXTREMELY boring.
I could make it look even easier if I felt like using a high level character to do them. ;3
I've played video games a lot, so most of them seem easy to me. Nostale is only hard at a couple areas in my opinion, but the only hard areas are the specialist time spaces (first and 4th are medium-hard). And various Main quest time spaces, but those can be done with 3 people. (Heroic time space 55 is evil for its level)
I keep forgetting to upload my mage doing the red soul gem.... I made another video that is more up to date. (however it's months old now). but at least it does a better job at completing the time space than this video.
Tell me what class you are and I can give tips specificly for your class.
Anywho, Make sure you have your pets with you, they make great meatshields, and at this level, they still do some decent damage. If you can afford it, get pet dolls to instantly revive your pet.
Bring plenty of potions and snacks. Upgrade your armor, use fire fairy (even archers should use the fire skills here), upgrade weapon, kill the other monsters if they start to attack you. *needs to post a true guide*
I suggest getting healing aura and add the plus skill to it. It's really good at low levels. Light protection is nice cause of the 10 dark res and some defense.
You get new skills on specialists by Leveling it up to job 20. one skill every 2 Levels on specialists. (only Jajamaru and Chicken card ignore this)
Also Level 47s probably wouldnt be hard if you had a Level 20 Specialist card on you anyways, but since it's the first specialist you can get, it's rather hard.
The first specialist time space is the 2nd hardest of the specialist time spaces (almost tied with 3rd specialist). the 2nd specialist time spaces are easy. Once you get a specialist card, everything becomes easy, and if you upgrade it to the max, then everything will die fast, or have a hard time killing you.
Just keep trying, it's one of the hardest things in the game.

Kill the other monsters first, one at a time. Otherwise you will get too much damage. Make sure you have enough Potions. Use a Defense amulet. (Since I doubt time's the problem) Use a Fire fairy and use fire attacks and add plus sklls to them. If you are a mage, use heal. Just some things off the top of my head. Look at a guide or something.

TS 38? Sorry to tell you, but you dont NEED potions to finish it, just lure with pets, DONT KILL ANYTHING, and maybe use a couple snacks.
Also, those potions are special reward, you only get it once, so you can't farm the potions there.
Congrats on doing it though.
And thanks for reminding me that I forgot to put up time spaces under level 40. ^^"

Tom/Kevin/Sabrebud is level 34 from time space 32.
And Kung/dogbud is at level 50 from time space 49.
It throws a lot of people off the first time they play because rhain is already under your level when you do the time space he is from.

I'm level 36 when I did this. I really have to make my in depth videos on how to efficiently do time spaces so I don't have to keep repeating myself.
#1 do you have plus skills?
#2 do you have fire skills and are you using fire fairy?
#3 Are you spamming chicken heads when hurt? and potions for emergencies?
#4 do you have fast shoes equiped?
#5 Do you have hippo hat? (prevents blackout)
#6 Do you have healing aura? (must have for mages)
I could keep going on and on....

if you are dieing from the boss. then use potions. Mages CAN kill him without potions, but it doesn't mean they should, cause it's rather risky
