Call in resupply early and time it so that you reload between those 30 second helios rearm time. Also, try to lock on to the next cannon whilst reloading. Once you have that down you can try and do it one handed (for the cocktail)

You have to use double fire on your missiles for a start. Also, use the support ship re-arming time to lock on to the next beam cannon. You have enough time to fully re-arm twice this way. Use your squad mates to cover you from the Basilisks. Eventually you will be able to do it one handed leaving your other hand free for the cocktail sipping. My next target is do it whilst reading from the book of Ezekial.

It is a thing of beauty...but it bugged my in game colossus turrets to be useless, and the sathanas/ravana i think are both supercap flagged so you cant kill them without a colossus beam. Thems is the breaks.

fs2 is requires absolutly no skill to kill someone. you have a harpoon or tornados, and there gone. in fs1, the missiles sucked, so you either developed a sense of fighting or you died. plus the fs1 ai are so much better then the fs2 ai

If you're having problems dodging missiles, Flyinghotpocket, the default key for countermeasures is "X".

thats not at all what im talking about. im talking about how most of the players on fs2 rely on missles to do there killing. and very few actually know how to use the guns. those who think there good usually over kill with 8 kaisers so its a 1 shot kill. !!! wheres the skill in that. Well I basically disagree with FS2 missiles being far superior - the best missile imho in FS2 is still the Tempest, the Fury equivalent.

It allows to combine high speed and manouverability (intercepter/space superiority) or a bomber with heavy fire power.

However, the guided missiles and special missiles are no longer useless in FS2 as they were in FS1
