they didn't cut anything out. You start off with nine tailed naruto 1 at the beginning. You UNLOCK nine tailed cloak naruto (a.k.a) in the sasuke retrival arc. in the last chapter of the game!!!

They had erase the old logo because it was japanese so they made a new one in english

I know they had to erase the Japanese text, but that doesn't explain why they couldn't keep his Kyuubi Mode 2 form for the English logo. They keept the other NAruto pics for the first two games unaltered this why is this one so different?
