I now got past the second boss of the game. All you have to do is stand on the left platform and watch the boss' pattern. If the boss closer to the left platform on where you're standing, bounce on him. 3 hits will kill it.
I played it through World 2-2 the inside of a whale level where it's hard to beat. The music in this level is almost like Mode C in the original Balloon Fight.
Its also the same music from Gameboy's Balloon Kid! The opening music and the music inside the actual level! Damn its virtually identical o_0 Hello Kitty as the character instead of a little girl is about the only difference.
