It IS funny australia played so shit in that series. seeing as they had no excuse for playing so shit. They had been in the country for 2 months before the test series started played 2 one day series and a host of tour matches, 8 to be precise. England fronted up to the return ashes series with an understrength side and got only 2 tour matches before the series. u know what else is funny.
