Yeah, I have the official sheet music for this song...and it's a bitch. So much syncopation and irregular rhythm. I only have the fills down for the first chorus.
John Paul Jones is in my opinion the greatest bassist ever, he is absolutely amazing and his improvisation is astounding. He's a Jimmy Page on bass. It sounded mostly right to me. I have yet to learn it on bass because I have just been too lazy. Lately I've been working on their blues stuff (Tea For One being the current song I'm tabbing & learning), anyways, good job man.
As far as ive seen you are the only one I know of on YT covering the The Rover on bass its not 100 percent but I think you gave it a decent go - nice one.
If you had to check the description, you would've known that I stated that the tab I got was useless. I know I'm not playing nearly half of the bass fills John Paul Jones lays into this song, but the whole thing itself is not wrong.

sorry but thats wrong. Eventhough the song has one the heaviest bass-drums rhythmical base I've ever heard. Keep on rocking man, but check the tab XD
