Actually, Iqaluit means "place of three or more fish". That's why the town coat of arms includes the three fish.

The seal hunt developed organically as part of a relationship between indigenous people and the earth. It should not come upon modern society to impose its moral values upon another. I am personally against killing any living thing, but it is not my right to impose that value on anyone else.
