After completely watching for the first time every episode of both Ouran HSHC and School Rumble in one week, I can say:

Ouran's got nothing on School Rumble. School Rumble is amazing. While both could make me laugh, only School Rumble made me cry. Seriously, watch every episode then watch the only 2 episodes of season 3.

School Rumble's story is simple throughout, but by the end, you will die inside.
