@mikewyzard Wow! So your uncle and his wife saw the diamond shaped object in Big Chimney, WV? Are there any updates to Mr. Critchfield's sighting? Thank you.
I do soundtracks for films. A cardinal rule today is; music should never 'step on' or 'interfere' with dialog. 'musical stabs' (staccato) should never pierce through when someone is speaking, because it may distract the viewer from what is being said.
This show is classic, because it breaks that rule again and again and gets away with it. I have a feeling that whoever wrote the music, just laid some stuff on an old Moog and said: "Hey man just go with it!"
i use to work on this technology in secret. they were powered by blowing bubbles and the lights were just from the inside christmas tree we love to put in these things. watch my evolution video please. the 70`s look wonderful ! less tax, more freedom, less government intrusion in every day life. wow ! and, Obama was just a young marxist smoking stolen cigarettes living in Hawaii !
Yes, it was later revealed that the Air Force was messing around with saucer-like designs for aircraft that the Nazis couldn't get working. They got them to work, but they were impossible to steer...and thus got way off their intended flight paths.

acording to all sceptics, ufos dont exist, what you are seeing is the planet venus. well in that case i would have reported seeing the planet venus not a ufo you stupid fucks!
Wow...it takes balls to wear ignorance like yours on your sleeve. Still, I'm really sorry for you. I suggest, to make yourself feel better, when people point out that you're quite the asshole, blame it on Venus.
SciFi channel and History Channel both had or still do have shows called "UFO Hunters." The one on history channel is lead by the "UFO Magazine" publisher Bill Birnes
I think A&E aired this during the 1990s. Or possibly Discovery Channel. I want to say it was something they aired during the day. I wish it'd get issued on DVD!
The reason why "rdbevon3" may find this "boring" is because we are so damned spoiled that anything we want, anytime we want is now the standard. This EXCELLENT program aired in days when society appreciated those things that we now take for granted. What a shame it will not last forever.
No shit, I'd also argue that people today (both old and very young) have developed ADD (attention deficit disorder) via all of the technology that has shaped us into lazy people.
I agree about the ADD. This is 'spot on'. To keep all this at bay I gave away my TV. But now I find I'm YouTubing so much and I find that even my attention span is getting eroded and it bothers me. I'm a big reader and a college-level instructor and I find things just getting too fast and jumpy out there--and I'm not a technophobe. So many time sucks: email bombardment, ads, sound bytes, the emptiness and ego-fueled Facebook. UGH. One has to fight to keep centered in this frenzy.
I think Rdbevon3 might just have been pointing out that polygraph segments in documentaries are like watching paint dry. Everything's spoken in a deliberate monotone and long pauses are necessary between questions. It doesn't compare well with the rest of the show.
Really? I'm not quite sure how to take that information. But I can say that it's amusing at the very least, I will add that to my list of useless pop culture knowledge.
Life was so much simpler and better back in the 70s.

Ironic that the guy who provided the lie detector was named Criswell like in "Plan Nine from Outer Space".

The Sci-Fi channel ran a new version a few years ago. It was not as good as this original program.

I liked it because it had other topics, but at least this one had one topic and more in depth to it.

How old is his oldest boy? [Monte]
He looks like he is 23 years old; How many years was he held back?
He probably was in the sixth grade [like Jethro Bodine on the Beverly Hillbillies] when this was made

It is almost a kind of curse to have a visitation because of the stigma attached to talking publicly about it.

Is it just me or is it always the biggest backwater hicks, rednecks, and hillbillies that see U.F.O's?
