I had it a year ago and Im 95% now. Im not sure 100% is attainable. Stress was the trigger for mine. My father was dying and I wigged out for over a month and then he died and it hit me. Stress causes immune issues and allows this to happed. Reduce stress also helps recovery along with rest. Eat healthy, light exercise, multivitimin with extra b12 supplement. Daily facial massages. Also nothing will matter in 100 years we will all be dead anyway....
got this shit on monday its now thursday, i got treatment called bowen therapy the day after i got and whilst recieving the treatment i was able then to hold down my eye and leave it closed as to where it used to just lift up again, so yeah hopefully this info is useful to someone out there!!!
ok.. buddy, kiashamed .. if u really are a medical student ... u should know by now ... that´s really irresponsable from u to give such a prescription so easly ... u know ... it doesn´t matter how clever u thing u are .. u can´t just do that.. always tell people to see an specialist... not to follow an irresponsable rookie´s opinion....... u know what "hippocratic oath" is right??? ......
NO, that's not how you tell if someone has Bell's Palsy. Facial paralysis is not a synonym of Bell's palsy, and to the unexpert eye they look the same. Bell's palsy is a cause of Facial paralysis but not all facial paralysis are caused by Bell's palsy; it can also be caused by a more serious condition or even a bening easily-reversable condition. Always see a neurologist or ENT; I have tons of sad stories to tell, never attempt to play "Doctor".
Cranial nerve 7 affected by inflammation of the nerve, or surrounding tissue, coming out of your left stylomastoid foramen. Start steroids if you can, or if you cannot get to prescriptions, start 800 mg ibuprofen dose 3 times a day. I am a medical student from overseas. Please take care best of luck.
Bells Palsy sucks! I've had it for three days now and I'm already getting sick of it. I haven't been able to eat or drink all that much. Please be sensitive when it comes to stuff like this.

Had it just before thanksgiving, made me skinny that year. And the worse part is eating and someone asks you if you are crying...
