An in-depth analysis was undertaken on this video to determine the validity of Jim Rodger. A frame by frame view showed morphing of Jim's fingers, greyish/green textures at the ends of his fingers, and a number of masking blocks appeared in an attempt to conceal some of the more serious morphing. These anomalies were consistently noticed throughout the video.
The evidence shows that Jim Rodger is a Reptilian Shapeshifter. This individual is not to be trusted.

My theory is that on this secret or reptilian societies exist good individuals, that are bored of their wickedness against us.
