  • How these religious images are helping you?

  • they are just ordering the environment in such a way that attention is pulled off the mundane - however it is true that they can become mundane in themselves thus devotion per se can lead to slavery.

Yes, that makes sense. I think the masses don't know what it is they worshiping.

This music must be wonderful to wake up to in the morning.

  • do you have a spiritual practice?

  • No unfortunately I only have an intellectual curiosity about religions. When I pray it doesn't feel right and I don't know what's missing. I'm a secular humanist, socialist libertarian.

  • I first "learned" to pray when I once got ripped off. My first thought was "never let that happen to me again" and the next was "oh let me not mistrust people and close my heart". The paradox of the two thoughts brought me up and up as mind was spinning trying to work it out and it relaesed into a prayer.

...However going for the science of Shakti, the study of power and intention can also lead to slavery unless tempered by a truly open and loving heart (Bhakti).....power helps us achieve what we want, satisfies us and makes us at ease allowing the heart to open. It is circular Bhakti to Shakti to Bhakti again and over and over

  • visuals end at 14:45, 10 minutes of music only at end so you can meditate and look at whatever needs your and the master's attention
