As a nose guard your main focus should be to stay lower than the center, you also still have to be fast off the line, those two main things staying low and being quick will make you a better player and you will then shut down the other teams middle running game; same goes for the center stay low after you snap it and you should work on reach blocking and drive blocking just make sure you know when to pull and where the play is going
If anything, this video teaches how NOT to coach. Bad stance, no hip leverage, no hand placement. The defensive kids have NO hand techniques, they are focused on the O-linemen instead of the ball carrier. ANCHOR AT THE POINT OF CONTACT AND SHED TO THE BALL.
These guys suck! This video should be named "How to defeat deffensive linemen" Nice work offense, if this were a goal line situation you´d have scored over 50 points. Haahaha
@prettiboi120 i play defensive line myself were taught to get lower on the bigger opponents cause they cant do anything to you when your blowin em up in the lower stomach
Good Feet by the OL.. Horriable feet by the DL. Three things you should always remeber HAT, HANDS, FEET... Cant see nothing with your head down. Arms should be extended and quick active feet!
we did this this year but instead of the wide reciever spread out to block we had them run the ball with the backs, and then a linebacker closer to the DL, but a good drill
I dunno about releasing the D-line coach from his duties, but he should certainly learn that the purpose of drills like these in practices is to refine techniques, and watch for and correct mistakes made. If you simply send the players through the motions, an uncorrected player will simply continue to not stay low, explode forward, and drive his feet, and he will continue to get beaten on gameday. Learning experience for players and coaches alike, here. But good efforts from most players.

dont play american football but an expierenced rugby player. you need to get lower to do this make the gap between your feet and front hand wider. more explosion and your lower so you'll come up under the guy. from the side your backside is level with your heels it wants to be halfway up your calfs. try it let me know you should go through the guy even if he's bigger
Need some technical trraining and I am sure some of these guys would like to go to the next level. That is one of the only ways they will make it in the sport.
I like this drill kinda cuzz i like being the D someetimes and ill do rip arm moves and love watching where the RB is gonna go because i know hes not gettn bye me ahah
no cuz he has to make the read to see wat side the running back is commin on and if he rips left and the rb runs to the dl right then the play is mised.
btw, #35 is really explosive and pounded the guy with just one hit, but he stopped moving hsi feet so he lost the fight. he has great explosiveness though so all he'll need to do is move his feet and he's got it
