I strap mine to a ball cap peak with an elastic, quick and painless, lol. I love my FCO2 but it's not great on cloudy days or trying to capture video of a plane from the ground, no zoom, my vids turn out the same during similar conditions. But it's an awesome camera nonetheless.
I would certainly recommend the FlyCamOnev2 for air to ground video, but for ground to air as I have done it, there are better options available.
The camera is super lightweight so installation in any plane that can handle the extra ounce of weight is great.
