I say watch Legend of Condor heroes the 1st one to understand a lil bit, then Return of, then this. It really doesnt matter it gives little meanning and understanding anyways to the next series

I loved this version! Alec su was good lookin' as the main character should be. Girls were very good lookin too, had lots of chemistry with the main character. And clothes looked awesome too! Traditional yet nice and not over the top!

no way hsds 1986 w/ tony leung is the best ever, terms of story line, fighting scenes, costume, actors/actress and everything. the onli pretty girl in here is alyssia chia and the rest are average. alec su wasn't realli the best choice for mok ke and he looks to young to also portray the father. fighting scenes sucked id rather perfer hsds 2000

The return of the condor heroes, and heaven sword and the dragon sabre,The demi god and semi devils, The legend of the Condor Heroes are all damn good. If you want the BEST STORY...go read the book. Nothing can compare to Jin Yong's works. BTW- discussing Jin Yong's story in ENglish is a total disgrace to his works.

shit i notice 2 of the girl in the movies, they always play together . they both played in these other 2 movies i saw. haha but i like that one girl, shes cool and the other girl always play the damn princess. shes annoying. this movie look suckie. the orginial hong kong one is way better. this one doesnt look like it has alot of fighting in it. but this movie is supposely really good. but i havent seen this remake one yet but yeah the frist is always the best.
